Very close to my 45th birthday I quit smoking after 25 years and I started running on a regular basis. In August 2010 I moved back to London Ontario and started running regularly with my old friend Alex Drennan, who is running his third Boston Marathon in 2011 ... so needless to say I've been upping the ante of late. My goal for 2011 is to run at least 30km / week, I'm hoping that is a minimum each week but I will be satisfied if it turns out to be an average.

This page is a way of navigating through this year's runs, I figured I'd have a much better chance of meeting my goal if I captured each run. Note that each calculates a cumulative total for /week /month and /year stats.

Use the month tabs at the top of this page of check out my runs on the calendar, each run provides a distance, some approximate times and a cumulative total distance in miles and kilometres
