Arriving as approximately the 350th employee of Open Text Corporation and leaving a workforce of close to 3,500, I saw and oversaw a great deal of growth and change over the approximate 11 years of employment. Starting as a Senior System Administrator, I quickly moved up to a Director position reporting directly into Senior Management/Executive.
