Glad I wasn't there, but I feel your pain. Joan has just finished 6 months with Fibernetics (Worldline) as a Billings Rep and is often complimented for her helpfulness (and sometimes for her ability to speak English clearly). I've heard so many appalling stories of both Rogers and Bell, ya gotta wonder. We took the leap and signed up with Yak for our voice and (unlimited) internet which, coincidentally, runs on Fibernetics. We'll see how it goes.
